01 — SEATING

Passenger & operator seating

Transverse, longitudinal and flip-up passenger seats, plus operator and conductor chairs. Our CEO holds U.S. patents on a conductor chair (US 12,344,286) and a transit bench seat (US 11,370,336).

Scope: Frames, shells, cushions, mounting hardware
Materials: Stainless steel and aluminum frames, molded seat shells
Fire & smoke: NFPA 130 / ASTM fire & smoke test reports available

02 — WINDOWS

Side window assemblies

Fixed and sliding passenger windows with welded aluminum frames, assembled and inspected in Shrewsbury.

Frame: Aluminum profile, CNC-bent in one setup, laser and TIG welded
Welding: AWS-qualified procedures and welders
Glazing: ANSI/SAE Z26.1-1996; 49 CFR Part 223

03 — HANDRAILS & STANCHIONS

Handrail systems & windscreens

Bent and welded stainless or powder-coated tube systems — vertical stanchions, overhead rails, grab bars and windscreen frames — finished and kitted for line-side installation.

Processes: CNC tube bending, TIG welding, polishing
Finishes: Brushed stainless, powder coat
Programs: MBTA Red & Orange Line

04 — GANGWAY & STRUCTURES

Gangway frames & interior structures

Welded gangway frames, bridge and floor plates, interior trim, secondary framing, ceiling and luggage-rack structures, and cover panels.

Materials: Stainless steel, aluminum
Processes: Laser cutting, forming, welding, assembly
