Founded in 2020 in Shrewsbury, USA Sanlaser builds railcar interior components and precision fabrications for car builders, integrators and industrial OEMs.
Our story
USA Sanlaser was founded to give North American car builders a domestic source for railcar interiors that combines engineering depth with hands-on field support. Since 2020 we have supplied seating, windows, handrails and interior structures for new MBTA and CTA fleets.
Our team works directly with customers from design review and first article inspection through installation on the assembly line, and our leadership holds two U.S. patents for transit seating.
USA Sanlaser is backed by an affiliated manufacturing facility of about 10,000 m² with IRIS and EN 15085 certifications, which gives our customers additional capacity for large programs.

Our leadership team pairs academic training in mathematics and artificial intelligence, with studies at Qingdao University and MIT, with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in rail transit manufacturing.
